We exclusively produce our tomato paste from sun-ripened tomatoes from the Parma region. For this purpose, we first peel and deseed them, before thickening them under a vacuum, to preserve their aroma and nutrients. With the triple-concentrated tomato paste, this process ensures that our product ultimately contains at least 36% dry matter – a real flavor explosion, with plenty of valuable lycopene that is particularly well-utilized by the body
